Rafal Karaszewski

Rafal Karaszewski began their work experience at Zone Networks LTD in 2007 as an IT Support Specialist. Rafal then joined Purple Matrix in 2008, where they worked as a Project Manager, 3rd Line Support, and Disaster Recovery Specialist until 2012. In 2013, they joined Cavendish as the Head of Information Technology, and later became the Chief Technology Officer in 2020.

Rafal Karaszewski obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Management and Marketing and Information Technology in Business from Bialystok University of Technology, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended the High School of Economics in Lomza, Poland, from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Specialist of Economics degree with a focus on Banking. In terms of additional certifications, Rafal has obtained several, including AED with Life Support from the British Red Cross in December 2017, MCPS (Microsoft Certified Professional) in 2012, MCTS (Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, Configuration) in 2012, and Basic and Professional Storagecraft ShadowProtect 4 certification from StorageCraft Technology Corp. in 2011.
