Christian Goudge, CRSP, has a strong background in occupational health and safety management, with experience in various industries such as food, healthcare, and community services. Currently serving as Corporate Director of Health, Safety and Environment at Cavendish Farms, they are dedicated to improving safety culture and reducing injuries across the organization. With a history of developing comprehensive safety programs and systems, Christian has made significant strides in injury prevention, cost reduction, and senior leadership engagement in OHS issues. In addition to their professional roles, they have also contributed to the safety community by serving in leadership positions at Safety Services Nova Scotia and Aware-NS.
