Matthew Price

Matthew Price has a diverse work experience in the food processing industry. Matthew started their career in 2004 as a Shift Supervisor at McCain Foods, where they worked until 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they served as a MCE Coordinator at the same company. In 2011, they joined McCain Foods Canada as an MCE/Continuous Improvement Manager, responsible for leading the continuous improvement/lean department in a potato processing facility. In 2012, they became a Production Manager at McCain Foods, focusing on cost reductions, increased efficiencies, improved quality, and a safe work environment. Matthew then joined Cavendish Farms in 2015 as a Production Manager, responsible for the direction and success of all aspects of production. Throughout their career, they worked their way up to the role of Director of Operations at Cavendish Farms.
