Winnie Solon has extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple industries, beginning as an Account Officer at BPI-Family Savings Bank from 1990 to 1997, where responsibilities included soliciting accounts and managing mortgages. Winnie progressed to Branch Business Manager at Union Bank of the Philippines (1997-2002), focusing on sales and service strategies to enhance profitability. Subsequently, as Product Development Team Head at Philippine National Bank (2003-2006), Winnie led product management efforts. From 2006 to 2010, Winnie served as Marketing and Promotions Manager at Bahay Financial Services, Inc., overseeing lead generation and promotional initiatives. Winnie then managed store operations as Store Manager at The Money Shop from 2010 to 2012, before taking on the current role of Bookings Manager at Cavendish Professionals Homecare since 2012, ensuring high-quality private homecare services. Winnie holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, majoring in Business Administration from the University of Sto. Tomas.
