Ishmael Ssekalo

Ishmael Ssekalo serves as the Group Learning and Development Manager at C-Care Uganda since October 2023, focusing on talent and organizational learning, performance management, and leadership development. With extensive experience in the field, Ishmael has also held positions as a Course Facilitator at Cavendish University Uganda since July 2014 and as a Management Committee Member at St. Anthony Nursery & Primary Schools since January 2009. Prior roles include Learning and Development Manager at Uganda Clays Limited and Training and Development Officer at MTN Uganda, where responsibilities included identifying training needs and managing programs. Additionally, Ishmael worked as a Customer Experience Coordinator at MTN and was a part-time Lecturer at the International University of East Africa. Educational credentials include an MBA in Marketing and a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resource Management from Makerere University and the Uganda Management Institute respectively.
