Jon-Claude Simms

Jon-Claude Simms has a long and varied work experience. In 2008, they began their career as a Technical Support Analyst for HMSHost. In 2009, they moved on to become a Management Analyst for Front Rowe, Inc. In 2011, they became a QA Tester for Bethesda Softworks. In 2012, they held two positions: Web Developer for Versatech Inc and Owner, Lead Web and App Developer for Aura Studios. In 2013, they were a Senior Web Application Developer for Merrick Towle Communications. In 2015, they became a Software Engineer for Oath. Finally, in 2018, they became Manager, Software Engineer Lead for Caveonix. In this role, they led an international team of engineers building the Angular front-end, NodeJS API layer and reporting engine of a cloud security application. Jon-Claude also created custom D3-based visualizations to help users better understand their application infrastructure and coordinated with various teams and stakeholders to build out and deploy new features.

Jon-Claude Simms received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech between 2002 and 2007.
