Matthias Schiele

Matthias Schiele is an experienced professional in sales and service management, currently serving as the Head of Sales Project and Service at Caverion since April 2018. Prior to this role, Matthias worked at Tyco Integrated Fire & Security / Total Feuerschutz from September 2013 to April 2018 as Supervisor of Outside Sales for Germany and Luxembourg, overseeing sales operations in extinguishing water technology and fire protection. From April 2008 to August 2013, Matthias held the position of Serviceleiter at Jotec Service & Vertriebsgesellschaft, managing service department operations and ensuring quality and safety standards. Matthias began his career at Loading Systems Deutschland GmbH in January 2001, where responsibilities included after-sales support, planning for service technicians, and managing customer relationships until March 2008.
