Soili Hilli

Soili Hilli currently serves as the Human Resources Development Manager at Caverion, a position held since July 2013, where key responsibilities include developing employment life-cycle processes in Workday focused on compensation, absence management, and reporting. Notable achievements include the establishment of global Key User Network practices, the design and implementation of annual people processes such as Merit Review and Bonus processes, and enhancing time balance visibility within Workday. Prior roles at Caverion include Senior HR Specialist and HR Specialist, concentrating on people data and process harmonization.
