Tero Ikola

Tero Ikola has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tero started their career as a Production Supervisor and summer trainee at UPM in 1996 and continued in various roles within the company until 2003, including Development Engineer and Production Supervisor. Tero then joined ABB Oy Service, where they worked as a Start Up Manager and later as a Sales Manager Energy Efficiency Services. In 2007, they relocated to Germany as part of their role in implementing service business processes for ABB Oy Service. In 2009, Tero joined Elisa as the Head of department and Development Manager, Production Networks, and later took on the role of Regional Manager, Production Networks. Tero also served as a Senior Development Manager and Service Manager at Elisa. Currently, Tero is working at Caverion, where they have held the positions of Head of Sales, Sales director, Vice President Caverion Industrial Solutions Germany, and Vice President Procurement.

Tero Ikola completed their Msc. degree in Paper Technology and Industrial Economics from Tampere University of Technology, from 1995 to 2003. Tero also pursued a Msc. degree in Paper technology from Technische Universität Darmstadt during 2000 to 2001. Additionally, they obtained certifications in ITIL Foundation V3 in 2010 and Six Sigma Green Belt in 2004.
