Tameka Harper

Tameka Harper is an experienced professional currently serving as the Global Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at The Coca-Cola Company since November 2000. Throughout a successful career at Coca-Cola, Tameka has held various leadership positions, including VP of Transformation and Value Delivery, Global Director of Next Generation Services, and Director of Global Indirect Procurement, among others, with a background in IT roles such as Program Management and Network Engineering. Prior to joining Coca-Cola, Tameka worked as a Sales Engineer at Intecom and as an Electrical Engineer at Thompson Company, Inc. Tameka holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA in General Business from Mercer University.
