Allison Hironaka

Allison Hironaka began their work experience in 2011 as an Associate in Corporate Affairs at IAMGOLD Corporation. In 2012, they worked as an Agent Trainee at Paradigm Talent Agency before joining Creative Artists Agency in 2014 as an Agent. In this role, they managed content lifecycles, evaluated content opportunities, raised financing, and negotiated sales projects. Allison remained with Creative Artists Agency until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Film & TV at Caviar, starting in July 2023.
