Ashish Gupta

Ashish Gupta has a diverse work experience in the food and consumer goods industry. Ashish started their career at Legacy Foods Pvt. Ltd. as a QA Shift Chemist in 2009. Ashish then worked at Parle Products Pvt. Ltd. as an Officer QA & Food Safety System from 2010 to 2015. Following that, they joined Britannia Industries Limited as an Officer Production from 2015 to 2017. Ashish then worked at GSK Consumer Healthcare India as an Executive OQ from 2017 to 2020. Ashish then joined Unilever, where they held multiple roles including Assistant Manager QA from 2020 to 2021, and QA Lead (2P Site) - CMO Nutrition from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are working as the Corporate Head Plant Quality- PC at CavinKare since 2023.

Ashish Gupta's education history begins with their Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from Allahabad Agricultural Institute, which they obtained between 2002 and 2005. Ashish later pursued a Master's degree in Total Quality Management from the University of Lucknow, which they completed between 2007 and 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Ashish also holds several certifications. Ashish obtained the certification for Inclusive Leadership from LinkedIn in May 2023. In the same month and from the same institution, they earned the certification for Six Sigma: Black Belt. In April 2023, they received the certification for Learning Data Visualization and Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn. Prior to that, in July 2022, they obtained the certification for Power BI: Dashboards for Beginners from LinkedIn. Ashish also holds the certification for Six Sigma: Green Belt, which they completed in May 2021 through LinkedIn.

Furthermore, Ashish has gained expertise in various areas through additional certifications. In March 2021, they completed the Internal Auditor FSSC 22K v5.1 training from DNV GL Training. In August 2014, they obtained the Six Sigma Green Belt certification from iACT Global. Lastly, in August 2012, they became a certified Trainer on Quality Circle Concepts through the Quality Circle Forum of India HQ.
