Dr Kumar T

Dr Kumar T has over 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Dr Kumar started their career as an Analytical Chemist at Sami Labs Limited in 2000, where they developed analytical methods for newly developed drugs using HPLC and also performed isolations and purifications. Dr Kumar then worked at Orchid Pharma as a Jr Executive Quality Control, specializing in sampling, routine analysis, and HPLC analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.

In 2004, Dr Kumar joined Syngene International Limited as a Sr Scientist in Analytical R&D. Here, they focused on developing analytical methods for synthetic drugs, isolating and characterizing impurities using preparative HPLC, and purifying newly developed synthetic drugs.

In 2008, Dr Kumar moved to Piramal Enterprises Limited as a Sr Research Scientist in Analytical R&D. Dr Kumar'sresponsibilities included supporting and assigning associates in specific projects, participating in budget forecasts and grant preparation, and tracking invoices.

In 2017, Dr Kumar became the Head of Analytical R&D at ASolution Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., where they led the analytical research and development activities.

Currently, Dr Kumar is working at CavinKare as the Senior Lead Scientist and Head of Analytical R&D. Dr Kumar plays a key role in leading the analytical R&D team and overseeing their projects.

Overall, Dr Kumar T has demonstrated expertise in analytical methods development, impurity characterization, purification techniques, and quality control analysis throughout their career.

Dr. Kumar T's education history begins in 1992, when they attended KHNUP.Kamarajar Higher secondary school for their high school education. They studied Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Biology during this time. In 1995, Dr. Kumar T went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Sciences at Government College of Engineering, Salem, which they completed in 1998. Following that, from 1998 to 2000, Dr. Kumar T attended Thiagarajar College of Engineering for a Master's Degree in Applied Chemistry. Their educational journey continued at Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli, where they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Forced Degradation Study for API from 2011 to 2017.
