Sudha Maharajan

Sudha Maharajan currently holds the position of Senior Executive Scientist at CavinKare, where responsibilities include the development of leave-on hair care products since August 2016. Previously, Sudha served as an Executive Scientist and Senior Associate Scientist, focusing on similar hair care innovations. Prior experience includes a role as Research Executive at ITC LSTC (R&D), contributing to business-driven R&D in coatings and substrates for packaging in FMCG products from September 2013 to August 2016. Sudha began the professional journey as a Research Intern at Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, working on chemoenzymatic asymmetric synthesis of a macrolide antibiotic in 2012. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Chemistry from Stella Maris College (2011-2013) and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Ethiraj College For Women (2008-2011).
