Hardik Joshi has over 18 years of experience in the sales and systems industry. Hardik currently serves as the National Sales Head for Fire & Security at CAVITAK. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President at RAMANA SAFETY AND SYSTEMS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED from 2015 to 2022. Hardik also held the position of Vice President at Ramana Safety & Systems (I) Pvt. Ltd. from 2013 to 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Manager - Sales at Johnson Controls in 2011 and as a Sales Manager at Honeywell security. ADI Global distribution from 2010 to 2011. Hardik started their career at Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd. as a Regional Sales Engineer - North India from 2007 to 2009. Hardik began their professional journey as a Sales Engineer at Voltas Limited in 2004.

Hardik Joshi completed their HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) in Science from Swami Vivekanand Vidhya Mandir between 1998 and 2000. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University in Aurangabad from 2000 to 2004.
