Paul Hilario Ph.d, Rp, Rgc, Rpm

Paul Hilario, Ph.D., RP, RGC, RPm, is an accomplished academic with extensive experience in the field of psychology and education. Currently serving as a Teaching Faculty at Cavite State University since January 2018, Paul previously held various roles, including Guest Lecturer Full Professor at De La Salle University - Dasmariñas from January 2003 to January 2018, where responsibilities included teaching Career Counseling and Technology in Education. At San Beda College Alabang from July 1992 to May 2017, Paul advanced through several key positions, such as Dean of the College of Arts and Science, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, and Chairperson of the Psychology Department, while also contributing significantly as Head of the Research, Planning, and Development Office. Academically, Paul earned a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from De La Salle University - Dasmariñas and holds both an MA and BA in Psychology from the University of the Philippines Diliman.
