Gaurav Agarwal

Gaurav Agarwal has had an extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Gaurav started their career as a Software Engineer at DCM Data Systems in 1995 before moving on to Dolphin Interconnect Solutions as a Consultant in 1996. Gaurav then became a Sr. Software Engineer at Tandem Computers in 1997, where they designed and developed Network Manager for Tandem's ServerNet cluster interconnect RDMA solution.

In 1999, they joined Oracle Corporation as a Principal MTS in the Distributed Systems Group, where they worked on various projects including the pluggable network adapter model and redesigning the secure network I/O sub-system for Oracle WebCache.

In 2007, Gaurav joined NetXen as a Manager Software, before transitioning to Cavium Inc in 2009 as a Senior Director of Software Engineering. At Cavium, they played a crucial role in building and managing a global engineering team responsible for developing Ethernet Controllers drivers and related software. Gaurav also led the architecture, design, and development of key technologies and features for Cavium's Ethernet products.

Most recently, Gaurav joined Marvell Technology in 2018 as a Senior Director of Software Engineering, where they continue to leverage their extensive experience and expertise in software engineering.

Gaurav Agarwal completed their Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree from Delhi University. Gaurav then pursued their Master's in Computer Applications from the Institute of Management Studies. Gaurav studied at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1981 to 1987, but no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
