Martin Jones

Martin Jones has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Starting in 1997, they worked at Marks and Spencer, where they held positions such as Store Manager, General Manager, Head of Region, and CEO of Marks and Spencer Reliance India. During their time at Marks and Spencer, they achieved notable successes in turning around underperforming regions and increasing profit contributions.

In 2012, Jones joined Vodafone as Head of Direct Channels and later became Head of Channel Management. Martin then moved on to work as the Managing Director at Wooqer Europe, where they focused on improving business execution.

Jones joined MAG (Airports Group) in 2015 as the Group Retail Director, where they played a key role in defining the retail strategy and designing the Manchester Transformation Programme. Martin later worked at London Stansted Airport as the Commercial Director and Deputy CEO, leading the establishment of the Commercial function and spearheading investment and growth initiatives.

In 2018, Jones became the CEO and President of The Americas at MAG USA, a subsidiary of MAG. In this role, they focused on delivering market-leading commercial solutions and drove revenue in airports. In 2021, MAG USA merged with MAGO and was rebranded as CAVU, where Jones continued to serve as the Chief Executive Officer.
