In 2016, they worked as the Head of Strategy at Forever Digital Ltd and later became the Head of Social Media and Creative Content at Push Doctor. Currently, Richard Kemp holds the position of Brand and Creative Director at both CAVU and MAG (Airports Group) since 2020.
