Sonia Lamb is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in ecommerce and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Head of Product - Ecommerce at CAVU since April 2019, Sonia has been instrumental in consolidating multiple ecommerce platforms into a single high-performing booking journey, resulting in significant revenue generation. Prior roles include Product & Delivery Lead and Delivery Manager at CAVU, as well as freelance project management roles across various digital firms. Sonia's previous experience spans significant positions at Digital Momentum Ltd., Degree 53, and Accenture, showcasing expertise in managing complex digital projects, driving customer-focused enhancements, and leveraging Agile methodologies. Sonia holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Information Technology from Staffordshire University.
