Frank Bartlett has worked in various roles in the food industry since 2001. Frank began their career as a Senior National Account Manager at Allied Bakeries, where they successfully delivered three separate cost increases in Tesco worth over £5m and regained brand leadership for Kingsmill in Tesco for the first time in just under 3 years. Frank also developed and sold Booker a new central agreement that delivered brand volume and profit growth of over for both Allied Bakeries and Booker. In 2007, they became the Business Unit Controller - Head of Partnership at AB World Foods Ltd, leading the UK sales, marketing and distribution services for a portfolio of brands including Tabasco and Reggae Reggae. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as Sales Director - Licensed Foods at Weight Watchers, improving customer relationships and building Weight Watchers' credentials in seniority and breadth, as well as managing customer complexity in the FMCG industry. Frank then moved to Metcalfe's® as Sales Director from 2015 to 2017, before taking up their current role as Sales Director at Cawston Press.

Frank Bartlett achieved four A levels at Burnham Grammar School. Frank then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd. Afterwards, they completed professional skills development.
