Mark Palmer

Mark Palmer has a long history of work experience in the food and beverage industry. Mark began their career in 1995 as a Graduate Trainee at United Biscuits, where they worked their way up to the role of Group Brand Manager. In 1999, they moved to Burger King as a Marketing Manager. In 2001, they took on the role of Marketing Director at Green & Black's Chocolate Ltd, and was part of the management team that successfully sold the business to Cadbury PLC in 2005. Mark then transitioned to a part time advisory non executive director role for Cadbury and later Mondelez. In 2007, they founded their own consultancy, Mark Palmer Marketing Consultancy. Mark also served as Chairman at Union Hand-Roasted Coffee from 2007-2016. In 2009, they co-founded Cawston Press. In 2017, they co-founded LA Brewery Kombucha. In 2019, they became a Non Executive Director at Kestrel Foods Ltd and Tisserand Aromatherapy. Mark also served as Board Advisor and Marketing Director at Pret A Manger from 2012-2019.

Mark Palmer completed a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from the University of Bath between 1991 and 1995. In 2008, they were awarded an Honorary MBA by the University of Wolverhampton Business School for their studies in Business Administration and Management, General.
