Arnaud Seilles

Arnaud Seilles has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Arnaud is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at CAYA since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Co-Founder and CTO at Kianava from 2020 to March 2022, where they established a distributed team and built a secure telemedicine platform. Their responsibilities included overseeing development speed, implementing CI/CD, and utilizing various technologies such as Typescript, AWS, and Graphql.

Before Kianava, Arnaud held leadership positions at Zenjob, where they worked as the VP of Engineering from June 2019 to August 2019, and as the Head of Engineering from September 2018 to May 2019. Arnaud also contributed to the success of Smartfrog Limited as the Head of Development and Operations from May 2016 to July 2018, integrating recruitment, project management, and architecture for video streaming and ecommerce projects.

Additionally, Arnaud gained experience at Delivery Hero Holding as the Head of Devops from March 2013 to October 2013, as the Head of Architecture from September 2012 to March 2013, and as a Senior Software Architect from February 2012 to September 2012.

Before joining Delivery Hero Holding, they held the position of VP of Tech at Lieferheld.de from March 2011 to February 2012. Arnaud started their career as a CTO at The NetCircle from September 2007 to March 2011 and as a WebProgrammer at Ideawise ltd from August 2005 to September 2007.

Arnaud's early experience includes roles such as a Software Development Engineer at Formatel from June 2004 to July 2005, where they worked on software programming projects, and as a Web Programmer at Formatel from August 2005 to September 2007, where they focused on maintenance and development of a popular community website.

Throughout their career, Arnaud has demonstrated a strong expertise in areas such as team management, project development, recruitment, and architecture. Arnaud has worked with a variety of technologies including Typescript, AWS, Graphql, and CI/CD practices.

Arnaud Seilles obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from ISIMA, where they studied from 2000 to 2003.
