Franciele da Silva Garcia

Franciele da Silva Garcia has been working in the field of management consulting since 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at FALCONI Consultores de Resultado, where they held the role of Management Consultant. During this time, they worked on organizational and process redesign, management by objectives, and matrix management of revenue in the medical and hospital, surveillance and transportation security, and cosmetics sales sectors. In 2018, they began working at Visagio, where they held the role of Consultant. During this time, they implemented maintenance and operations services contracts, organizational and process redesign, and an operational excellency model of reference in the mining, cargo transportation, tourism and charter, and banking sectors. Currently, they are working at Cayena, where they hold the role of Chief of Staff.

Franciele da Silva Garcia obtained a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from UFSCar - Alumni in 2014. In 2020, they obtained two additional certifications from LinkedIn: Business Analytics Foundations: Descriptive, Exploratory, and Explanatory Analytics in October, and Power BI Data Modeling with DAX in April.
