Lee Muhl’s consulting practice spans a number of industries and sectors. Lee works constantly in real estate, cannabis/agribusiness, and Internet content platforms, but his practice over the past decade has included a wide variety of advanced technologies, AI, mobile solutions, blockchain, energy/resource opportunities, and related funds and investment plans.

Lee is an experienced attorney, a former partner in two prominent Los Angeles transactional law firms, a former NASD securities licensee (Series 7 and 63), a former California Real Estate Broker, a three-time CEO and a two-time COO.

Lee is often consulted on Internet technology concepts and has worked on digital solutions, fintech, SaaS/PaaS, digital currency, encryption, mobile solutions, digital entertainment (e.g., a $1 billion project in tandem with top US theater chains, JP Morgan and Blackstone Equity), digital content delivery (e.g., film/TV/video delivered over OTT platforms), VFX, AR, VR, production management, virtual performance, and digital entertainment venues. He has recently advised on several large-scale themed real estate/entertainment/amenity concepts with overall funding of nearly $1 billion.

Lee works in these fields as a Principal Consultant with Cayenne Consulting, LLC – focusing on early-stage innovations and companies in growth mode -- creating investment plans, market opportunity and feasibility studies, financial forecasts and “safe harbor” investment documentation for C-suite executives, entrepreneurs, vendors, distributors, and funders.

Lee holds a B.A. in History from the University of California at Los Angeles and a J.D. from the UCLA School of Law, where he served as a member and Senior Editor of the UCLA Law Review.
