Shannon Stephenson

Shannon Stephenson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and training within the software and sports industries. Currently serving as a Customer Success Specialist and Software Application Training Specialist at Cayenta since October 2022, Shannon previously worked as a Software Trainer at KEV Group. Notably, Shannon owned a business with responsibilities including contract negotiation and customer relations from January 2018 to March 2022. Additional roles include Regional Registrar for Ontario Lacrosse, Customer Success Manager at SportzSoft, and various positions in media, operations, and education. Shannon holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Nipissing University and a Master of Science in Secondary Education from Daemen University.
