Forest Carlisle is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and technology strategy across various industries. Currently serving as Portfolio CTO at Caylent, Forest previously held the position of VP of Engineering at HG Insights, where significant technology transformations were implemented, enhancing developer productivity and application performance. Prior roles include VP Technology at Softvision, where leadership spanned technical excellence and client partnerships, and VP of Engineering at Lesson Planet, focusing on Agile development processes. Forest's career also encompasses leadership positions at Kaseya and CA, as well as foundational roles at Miramar Systems. Forest holds a B.S. in Psychology and Computer Science from Westmont College.
