Michael Peay

Michael Peay is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in IT management and engineering across various organizations. Currently serving as the Success & Enablement Strategy Manager for Builders at Caylent, Michael focuses on enhancing operational processes, onboarding, and professional development. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Engineering at A2 Hosting, where leadership was provided to Infrastructure Engineering and Data Center Operations, and IT Director at ProSites, overseeing cloud migration strategies for a significant client base. Additionally, Michael served as Vice President of Information Technology at Edify.org, managing global IT operations, and alsoworked at FICO™ and Sony Computer Entertainment America LLC in various engineering and automation roles. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from San Diego State University.
