Paul Kennedy

Paul Kennedy has a strong background in analytical chemistry and pharmaceutical development. Paul has held multiple roles at Cayman Chemical, including Senior Director of Analytical Chemistry and Director of Analytical Chemistry, where they were responsible for overseeing analytical support, ISO accreditation, and new product development. Prior to that, they worked as an Analytical Support Manager, where they developed analytical methods and managed the lipid chemistry group. Before joining Cayman Chemical, Paul worked as an Applications Specialist and Product Manager at LECO Corporation and as a Medicinal Chemist at PTC Therapeutics, Inc., where they developed small molecule drugs targeting RNA-based mechanisms.

Paul Kennedy received their Ph.D. in Chemistry from Wayne State University, where they studied from 1996 to 2001. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in ISO Guide 34 and ISO/IEC 17025 from ACLASS in April 2013.
