Randy Blackman

Randy Blackman has extensive experience in finance and accounting, working as an Accounts Payable Officer at Cayman Islands Health Services Authority since December 2020. Prior to this, Randy worked in various finance roles at companies such as Atlas Cayman Ltd., Pinnacle Media Ltd., and James Lee Witt Associates. Randy also has experience as an Office Manager for the Quincentennial Celebrations Office at Cayman Islands Government. Randy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Hobe Sound Bible College, as well as certificates in Banking and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Accounting from University College of the Cayman Islands.
