Janet Holness has an extensive career with the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism, holding roles as a Customer Service Trainer and Customer Service Standard Training Officer since 1985. In these positions, Janet has developed and conducted numerous workshops focused on enhancing customer service skills, alongside managing administrative duties. Janet holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Liberal Studies from the International College of the Cayman Islands, completed between 2009 and 2012, and earned a high school diploma from Cayman Brac High School, which Janet attended from 1972 onwards.
