Drew J. Minner

Drew Minner, who joined Caymus Equity in 2021, is active in all aspects of the Firm’s activity with a focus on supporting the principals with the evaluation and selection of new opportunities, financial modeling, and due diligence of transactions. Responsibilities include extensive data analysis to evaluate new investment opportunities, support due diligence, and monitor ongoing portfolio company operations.

Previously, Drew was with FTI Consulting’s Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment advising senior management and boards of directors in revitalizing companies facing financially distressed situations. He has also held key roles in restructuring transactions involving private equity-backed companies in the business services sector. While at FTI, Mr. Minner represented companies and creditors across a variety of industries, including both business services and healthcare services. Key responsibilities included business plan development, 13-week cash forecast preparation and review, evaluation of restructuring alternatives, and analysis of financial and operational trends to assess company performance.
