Melanie Billings

Melanie Billings is a skilled professional with extensive experience in both the healthcare and publishing sectors. Currently serving as a Patient Representative at Cayuga Medical Center at Ithaca since January 2022, Melanie previously held various roles, including Head Baker at DiBella's Subs and Bakery Customer Service at Wegmans Food Markets. In the publishing field, Melanie has been actively involved as a Special Projects and Freelance Editor for The Wild Rose Press since December 2014, working closely with authors to prepare their manuscripts for publication. Additional editorial experience includes tenures as Acquisitions Editor at Whiskey Creek Press and Executive Editor at Wee Creek Press, highlighting a strong background in editorial management. Melanie holds two Bachelor's degrees in English and Communication, as well as English Language and Literature, from Roberts Wesleyan University.
