Michelle Thweatt

Michelle Thweatt has extensive experience in healthcare management and nursing, currently serving as Manager of Risk and Regulatory at Cayuga Health System and Quality Risk Manager at Cayuga Medical Center at Ithaca since 2022. Previous roles include Quality Improvement Specialist and Assistant Nurse Manager at Guthrie, as well as Director of Nursing at Taylor Health/Ira Davenport. Michelle also held the position of Assistant Director of Nursing at Arnot Health St. Joseph's Hospital and served as System Coordinator of Risk Management and Regulation at Arnot Health. Early career experience includes working as a Pain Management Specialist and Chronic Disease Nurse Educator.
