Tracy Gates

Tracy Gates is the current COO at Cayuga Medical Center at Ithaca. Tracy has held this position since February 2016. Prior to that, they were the Vice President Finance and CFO at Jones Memorial Hospital from May 2010 to February 2016. During their time at Jones Memorial Hospital, they made significant progress in information technology projects, grants, productivity, financial reporting, and contract negotiation. Tracy was also a key member of the administrative team, providing oversight for operational departments and overall hospital operations.

From September 2004 to April 2010, Tracy Gates was the Vice President Chief Operating Officer at Schuyler Hospital. In this role, they were responsible for the hospital's overall operation, including budgeting, financial planning, and staff management. Tracy also oversaw the hospital's information technology, finance, purchasing, facilities management, dietary, housekeeping, health information management, and patient accounting departments.
