Robb Jones

Robb Jones has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Robb began their career in 2003 as an Assistant Manager at Rex TV & Appliance, where they managed sales staff and maintained inventory. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as an IT Analyst at Eaton Electrical, providing IT support to employees and making purchase decisions for networking equipment.

In 2008, Jones joined Protech Professional Technology Services, LLC as an IT Technician, and later joined Sykes as a BlackBerry Technical Support specialist in 2009.

From 2010 to 2013, Jones worked at Cayuse Technologies, LLC, where they held various roles including Data and Reporting Analyst, SQL Admin, and SharePoint Developer. Robb provided data analysis, report design, and utilized Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Additionally, they served as an RSS Reporting Lead and Automation Specialist, developing automated metrics reporting systems and a chat-bot using Python and web API REST functionality.

From 2013 to 2015, they served as an HRIS Specialist and IT Trainer at Wildhorse Resort & Casino, providing technology training to employees and conducting programming classes focusing on VBA for Office.

In 2015, Jones worked as a Technology Assistant at Blue Mountain Community College, responding to helpdesk assistance requests and using Python for ticketing data analysis.

Robb then joined Drake Software as a Software Developer from 2016 to 2018, working on various aspects of the Drake Tax Software UI and migrating PowerBasic UI Code to C# and .Net.

Jones returned to Cayuse Technologies, LLC in 2018 as a QA Engineer and Software Developer, providing development solutions and automated testing.

Most recently, Jones worked at Cayuse Holdings as a Project Management Office - Developer/Analyst, where they provided expertise in data collection and process automation using Microsoft Office 365 tools. Robb also worked as a Business Analyst and Salesforce Administrator/Developer, leading Salesforce Org development and providing training.

Robb Jones began their education in 2004 at Piedmont Technical College, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Computer Technology with a focus on Networking and Programming. Robb completed their studies at Piedmont Technical College in 2008.

In 2019, Robb attended Trailhead by Salesforce to further enhance their skills and knowledge. Robb obtained Administrator Certification, specializing in Platform App Builder, Administration, and Platform Dev I. Robb's education at Trailhead is currently ongoing.

In addition to their formal education, Robb has obtained several certifications. In July 2015, they received the National Career Readiness Certificate at the Gold Level from ACT. This certification signifies their competency in essential workplace skills. In July 2019, Robb obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification. These certifications validate their expertise in Salesforce platform development and administration.
