Nahid Sultana

Nahid Sultana has a diverse work experience. Nahid began their career at GNC as a Cashier and Sales Representative from 1999 to 2002. After that, they worked as a Debt Collector at Bank of America from 2002 to 2003. Nahid then joined MetLife as an Inbound Customer Service representative for a few months in 2005. In the same year, they worked as a Loan Officer at First Horizon Home Loans. From 2010 to 2011, Nahid worked as a Teacher at Muslim Educational Trust. Nahid then joined Datagroup.com in 2015 as a DBA for a year. In 2017, they worked as an L5 Tech EC - BaR at Intel Corporation, where they were responsible for managing the largest data center. In 2014, Nahid took on the role of a Freelance Photographer and Blogger for Journey Around The Globe, focusing on landscape and travel photography. Finally, they worked at Cayuse LLC starting in 2018, initially as a Tech Support Specialist and later as a Senior Data Migration Analyst, where they engaged in client data analysis and project management.

Nahid Sultana completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Information Technology from Towson University from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, they studied Biology, General at Catonsville Community College from 1998 to 2000, although they did not obtain a degree in that field. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including AWS Fundamentals: Going Cloud-Native from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in March 2020, and MCSA: SQL Server 2012, MCSA: SQL Server 2012/2014, and MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft in March 2016.
