Richard Wood

Richard Wood has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Richard started their career at Investec as an Associate Investment Director, where they worked from an unspecified date in 2000 until 2007. Richard then moved on to Barclays Wealth Management, initially as a Portfolio Manager and later as a Private Banker, Vice President, where they worked from June 2007 to January 2018. Following their time at Barclays, Richard joined UBS as a Director, working from January 2018 to July 2023. Currently, they are employed at Cazenove Capital as a Portfolio Director from July 2023 onwards.

Richard Wood earned a Bsc Hons degree in Chemistry with Pure & Applied Mathematics from Durham University in the years 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended Greenhead College from 1993 to 1995, where they completed their A Levels in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Subsequently, they pursued advanced education at The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI) from 2000 to 2022, achieving a Chartered FCISI degree.
