Ed Cichon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in advocacy, communications, and marketing. Currently serving as Vice President of Advocacy, Communications, and DEI at Caz Recovery since January 2014, Ed oversees all aspects of advocacy and grant management while contributing to the agency's executive team during times of growth and transformation. Previous roles include Director of Marketing and Communications and Special Projects Coordinator, where Ed excelled in storytelling to promote positive narratives around residents and reduce stigma associated with substance use. Ed's background includes customer relations at Randstad, community instruction roles at People Inc, and customer service positions at Best Buy and Target. Ed holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Photography from the University at Buffalo.
