Kai Leong Toh

Kai Leong Toh has a diverse and extensive work experience in the banking industry. Starting in 1979, they worked as a Credit & Marketing Officer at Tat Lee Bank Ltd in Singapore. Kai Leong then joined Industrial Bank of Japan Ltd in 1983 as a Loan Manager. In 1993, they became the Managing Director and Head of Corporate Banking at ING Bank, Singapore Branch, and held this position until 2009. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as a Director of Credit Risk at Bank of Singapore Ltd. In 2015, they joined C B Bank Ltd as the Head of Corporate Banking. Currently, since 2016, they hold the position of Head of Business & Institutional Banking Division at CB Bank PCL in Myanmar, where they are responsible for business strategy, development, and credit facilities structuring. Throughout their career, they have received multiple awards for their outstanding contributions to the industry.

Kai Leong Toh obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the National University of Singapore in 1979.
