David C. Harvey

David C. Harvey has extensive experience in the banking industry, having worked in various roles at different companies over the years. Currently serving as the COO at Citizens Business Bank since January 2010, David previously held the title of EVP - Commercial and Treasury Services at Bank of the West from 2000 to 2010. Prior to that, David C. was the FVP - Cash Management Director at Cal Fed - First Nationwide Bank from 1990 to 2000.
