Pam Fortin

Pam Fortin is an experienced IT leader and project manager with a strong background in banking technology. Currently serving as Vice President/IT Project Manager at Citizens Business Bank since January 2018, Pam previously held the role of Independent Consultant focused on IT and Facility Project Management from May 2016 to January 2018. Prior to that, Pam spent over a decade at Security Bank of California/Pacific Premier as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, overseeing IT development and information security. Additional experience includes consulting for a startup bank, managing telecommunications systems, and leading information services at Business Bank of California as Senior Vice President/Director of Information Systems.
