Gaotang Shen

Gaotang Shen is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in full stack development and backend engineering. At CB Insights, Gaotang has progressed from Full Stack Developer to Senior Software Engineer and currently holds the position of Lead Software Engineer since January 2018. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Vendini, where Gaotang designed and developed a scalable RESTful API for B2C ticket marketing sites, and as Lead Backend Engineer at CHARGED.fm, managing the backend of the ticketing website and enhancing user experience through advanced search and mapping functionalities. Gaotang holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Shandong University of Science and Technology.
