Monica Watkins-Calderon is an experienced sales professional in the homebuilding industry, currently serving as Sales Manager at CB JENI Homes since August 2019. Prior experience includes roles as New Home Consultant at M/I Homes, Inc. from June 2017 to August 2019, and New Home Sales Counselor at Gehan Homes from February 2016 to May 2017. Monica also held the position of Community Sales Manager at Cambridge Homes Texas from March 2014 to December 2015, and worked as a Sales Consultant at DR Horton from September 2012 to December 2013, Meritage Homes from November 2007 to July 2011, and David Weekley Homes from November 2005 to November 2007. Monica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Arlington.
