Adam Mintz

Adam Mintz has a diverse work experience in the cannabis industry. Adam currently holds a position in Business Development at CB Therapeutics since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Industry Relations and Co-Founder at ROR Capital Investments LLC from 2019 to 2021, where they educated investors on cannabis-specific opportunities and facilitated connections between cannabis operators and tenants. In 2017, Adam served as the Director of Business Development at McKinney Capital & Advisory, where they developed a cannabis CRE investment division and provided education on cannabis real estate regulations. Adam also held the role of Chief Growth Officer at FOCUS: Foundation of Cannabis Unified Standards from 2015 to 2017, where they created investment documents and white papers, established strategic partnerships, and contributed to the development of industry-specific curriculum. Additionally, Adam worked as a Business Development Manager at Brite Labs from 2016 to 2017, focusing on sales, patient education, and expanding product availability. Adam was the President of Steep Hill Lab from 2012 to 2014, overseeing sales operations and business development, advising regulatory agencies, raising capital, and promoting the importance of cannabis analysis.
