Jefferson also served as a Director of Software Architecture at Accenture, contributing to the transformation of failing loyalty team, processes, and architecture into a robust offering that drives millions of dollars in revenue.
Jefferson's earlier roles include Director of Software Architecture at Navitaire and Senior Solutions Architect at Avanade. Jefferson has also worked as the Owner of iBizFramework, Inc., where they developed a retail SAS platform for clients such as Bachrach Menswear and American Eagle Outfitters.

Jefferson Walsh completed their high school education at Washington High School in Phoenix, AZ, where they obtained an Advanced High School Diploma. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from ASU (Arizona State University) and UOP (University of Phoenix) from 1997 to 2001.
In addition to their formal education, Jefferson obtained several certifications. In 2005, they earned the MCSD1 (Microsoft Certified Solution Developer): Microsoft .NET certification, followed by the MCAD (Microsoft Certified Application Developer): Microsoft .NET certification in the same year. Jefferson also achieved the Microsoft Certified Professional designation in March 2005.
More recently, in 2018, Jefferson obtained the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance, and the following month, they became a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). In 2023, they achieved three additional certifications from Microsoft: Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals in May, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals in June, and Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals, also in June.
