Katie H. has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and operations. Katie started their career in 2006 as a Bookkeeper and Admin Assistant at Crossroad Ventures Group. After a year, they joined EMSI as the Director of Human Resources and Payroll, where they worked for 8 years. In 2015, they joined CareerBuilder as an HR Operations Analyst, and later moved up to the role of Manager, HR Operations in 2023. Katie's experience showcases their expertise in HR operations, payroll management, and administrative roles.

Katie H. attended New St. Andrews College from 2004 to 2006, where they studied Liberal Arts and Sciences, specifically General Studies and Humanities. Katie did not obtain a degree during their time at the college. In April 2019, Katie obtained a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
