Mark R. Pacioni

Mark R. Pacioni is the current General Counsel & Secretary at CareerBuilder. Prior to this, they were with Knowles Corporation from April 2014 to April 2019 where they served as the Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary.

During their time at Knowles Corporation, Mark negotiated non-disclosure agreements, conducted diligence, prepared and filed U.S. and foreign regulatory filings and prepared closing documents relating to the acquisition of a public company. Mark also managed the restructuring of the company and the integration of the acquired public company. In addition, Mark drafted and implemented governance policies and controls, including a CEO Succession Plan, Hedging and Pledging Policy, Financial Derivatives Policy, Disclosure Committee Charter and Communications Protocols with Stakeholders.

Mark also prepared legal and governance material for the Board, attended Board meetings and made presentations, drafted minutes of meetings, and prepared materials for the annual meeting of stockholders. Mark was also responsible for drafting the legal and governance sections of SEC reports, including the first quarterly report, first fiscal year annual report and proxy statement.

Mark R. Pacioni has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Georgetown University Law Center, a Bachelor's Degree in Government/International Relations from Georgetown University, and has completed a General Course of Study in International Economic Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

They work with Ahern Dull - EVP, Finance, Kristin Kelly - Chief Marketing Officer, and Leigh-Margaret Stull - Chief Product Officer. Mark R. Pacioni reports to Susan Arthur, CEO.
