Jason Garcia

Jason Garcia has extensive experience in project scheduling and planning, currently serving as Scheduler at CB&A Project Management Services, LLC, leading efforts on solar and battery storage generation programs since February 2023. Previously, Jason worked as a Cost / Scheduler at IAG for a Capex Renewable Diesel Refinery project, with a total expenditure of $450 million. Other significant roles include Project Planning Engineer at Air Products, Project Scheduler at Target Hospitality, and Lead Project Controls Specialist at Garver, where Jason was involved in time determination schedules and impact analyses. Notable achievements include reducing schedule development time for TC Energy’s Keystone XL Pipeline Camp Construction and implementing Primavera as the standard scheduling software at JGC America, Inc. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Biology from Sam Houston State University.
