Kristin Kny Atkins

Kristin Kny Atkins is a licensed Realtor® with extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently working with CB&A, Realtors since August 2018, specializing in residential properties in North Houston. In 2020, Kristin achieved over $3.8 million in listings and sales and was recognized with the Platinum Club award for outstanding transactions and survey scores. Previously, Kristin worked at Realty ONE Group from June 2013 to August 2018, earning the Rookie of the Year award in 2013. Kristin also has a strong background in sales and management from David Weekley Homes and retail positions at Banana Republic and The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where successful team management and exceeding sales goals were key accomplishments.
